the owners of tequila sunrise purchased also own the unit right next door, so it's another tequila sunrise (two) These side-by-side properties are a great option for two families who want to be next to each other! Tequila Sunrise Two is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath, pet-friendly townhome in the popular gated community of Barrier Dunes. This home is quite roomy, and it comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests.
this place has a great feel to it! the owners have made wonderful improvements, including new furniture, new paint, new flooring, freshened decor, all new linens, all new "kitchen-ware", and so much more
the first floor welcomes you into an open living/dining/kitchen area that is very spacious and comfortable The living room has a large, new couch with an ottoman, plenty of chairs, and a huge flat screen TV. The dining table is set for 4, but easily extends to seat 6. The big kitchen peninsula offers additional seating with bar chairs.
the kitchen is spacious and well stocked with most everything you need to enjoy preparing meals "at home" There is a full-sized refrigerator with ice-maker, an electric stove, a microwave, and a dishwasher. There are both a regular style and a Keurig coffee maker, a crock pot, a toaster, a blender, and plenty of cookware and bakeware. As a great added benefit, Tequila Sunrise Two also provides reverse-osmosis filtered water through a separate faucet at the kitchen sink. This system removes impurities to provide improved filtered water for drinking and cooking. There is also a small pantry which provides plenty of space for your groceries.
